Bellaguna Lake Residences Lotus is the first development under Bellaguna, Banyan Group's new residential brand launched in January 2026. It sits beside a lake inside Laguna Phuket and includes five yacht-inspired low-rise buildings with condominiums and penthouses designed for year-round living.
Residences look over the lagoon, landscaped greenery, and, from selected upper-floor and penthouse units, toward the coastline and the Andaman Sea. The lakefront building orientation is designed to maximize water views across the project.
The design is inspired by yachts: five elongated low-rise buildings with dark wave-like facades and curved terraces arranged along the lakefront. A signature boardwalk and dock link the residences to Laguna Phuket's shuttle ferry network.
Each building has a rooftop infinity pool with private cabanas. The grounds include landscaped gardens, family play zones, relaxation areas, and dock access to Laguna's shuttle ferries, with the wider resort community adding hotels, spas, golf, dining, wellness, shopping, and RAVA Beach Club.
